Excellent hotel. Large, spacious room with large, comfortable bed, desk area, table and chairs, kitchenette with kettle, gas stove, sink, microwave and basic tea/coffee and washer/dryer combo within and laundry powder provided. Air-conditioner, television, standard size fridge and freezer, and blackout curtains also within room. Private and separate bathroom with bidet toilet and large standing shower. Plenty of towels provided, with robes and slippers. Weight scales perfect for weighing luggage (accurate with airport scales). Room serviced daily with bottles of water provided. All interactions with staff were friendly and accommodating, allowed luggage holds at counter before and after check-ins. Free to use male spa/sauna (closed on first Wednesday of month for maintenance) with pool and gym available for use for everyone. All instructions and information provided at check-in. Free wi-fi was perfect. Overall, excellent all round. Walking distance from Seoul Station in a straight line (about 10 minutes which is fine with me), with a convenience store and Burger King nearby. Relatively quiet and friendly area.

There were bus stops near the hotel. It was easy to travel by public transport once we figured out the bus numbers and stops. Get a TMoney card to easily access the bus, but make sure you have enough funds in it. We got shouted out by a bus driver for not having enough money. Didn't understand a word he was saying and he just got louder and louder. So we figured we were not welcomed on his bus. There was a convenience store right across the road from the hotel in the corner (G25) handy to top up your TMoney card so the bus drivers don't turn agro on you. Burger King and a cafe was just downstairs too for easy access.

It was a 7min walk to city hall station which was a convenient station to travel out from. The Incheon airport bus was directly outside the hotel which was extremely convenient - this was a plus. We wanted to compliment the hotel staff Hang! Compared to the other staff, he went the extra mile to greet us, offered help when he saw us with our luggage and booked a large taxi using an app to help us. Other staff simply told us we could book a taxi without offering more. Additionally, he saw our young kids fussing and offered them some sweets. A treasured employee he should be.

Room is large and comfortable. Near Seoul and City Hall stations. Within half an hour walk to Myeondong, Namdaemun, Lotte main store and dondaemun. If walking to Fraser place, do not take the underpass as you have to carry your luggage without an escalator/elevator. Just walk above ground. It's a straight road to the hotel. We took limousine bus 6015 for krw 17000. Drop off at Brown Suites residences and it's a short 5 mins walk to frasers place. It costs more than the Arex but worth it for the convenience and not having to lug your luggage for 20 minutes.

This hotel is centrally located and easily accessible from three stations. You can also take the Airport Bus to and from Incheon Airport for 17000 won. The hotel apartment is like an Airbnb, equipped with laundry, stove top, dishes, rice cooker, pans, fridge and microwave. What really stood out for me is the staff, specifically the lady who cleaned my apartment. She was so nice to my daughter and always made sure we were stocked up on everything even on the days that we weren't having our room cleaned.
